Sven Riethmueller, Chairman of the Board & Co-Founder

Mr. Riethmueller has been practicing law for more than 20 years. He is a 1994 graduate of Columbia University School of Law, where he was Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar for two years, and a 1991 graduate from Dartmouth College, where he graduated summa cum laude and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. 

Mr. Riethmueller has practiced law in New York, Boston, Las Vegas, London (UK), and Frankfurt (Germany).  

He practiced law at such international law firms as Sullivan & Cromwell and Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton; the regional firm of Lionel, Sawyer & Collins, then the largest law firm in Nevada; and national law firms, such as Foley & Lardner, where he was a partner, and Pepper Hamilton, where he is currently a partner.  

Mr. Riethmueller also served as Vice President & General Counsel of a publicly traded “unicorn” biotech company and as Senior Vice President & General Counsel of a privately held biomedical company.

Mr Riethmueller has practiced as a transactional and IP lawyer and a litigator.
